Data investigation
WP 3 - Data structuring and innovative data-driven investigations
We aim at investigating a number of flagship scenarios that examine different facets of hypotheses on multimorbid chronic diseases trajectories.
The outcome will be a scalable data processing pipeline and a framework to generate life trajectories and test different hypotheses by overlapping modulators of different origins. This requires the design of an interactive analytics layer on top of the data processing pipeline to provide means for iteratively exploring and refining trajectories at different spatial granularities.
Objectives
- Constitute secured translational hosting platform and/or interoperability with secure platforms already hosted by project partners
- Develop analytic tools and algorithms for transdisciplinary data integration
- Assess geographical mapping based on determinants
- Exhaustive analysis and visualization of transdisciplinary modulators of disease trajectories interrelationships
- Disease trajectories in virtual patients and probability to coaching responses
Tasks
- Data processing pipeline
- Data mining techniques to extract MCD trajectories
- MCD trajectories of populations in different geographic areas in Europe
- Disease trajectories in virtual patients
